The team here at VariPOINT has both designed and built maintenance management systems effecting more than 2000 facilities, including airports, fire stations,  commercial mauls, office buildings, exhibit halls and residences. Taken together, these engagements have given us the opportunity to reflect on what aspects of each project has had the most long-lasting value for our customer. Time and again we have been reminded that it is important to offer a system that makes the actual execution of the maintenance program easy to execute and to maintain. Consistent execution over time is a key; and we are remined of the Peter Drucker’s axiom “Work that gets managed, gets done.” The VariPOINT System provides meaningful information so the important work of preventive maintenance can be completed
over the useful life of the facility.
